Introduction to Drawing and 2D images: Sketchbook/Journal/Woodcut (PRI2124.01)

This course is an introduction to the study of visual language for artists. To start this exploration, we will start by drawing in a journal/sketchbook. We will then proceed to study the fundamentals of looking at, and creating images within a two dimensional picture space.

If we are able to meet in person, we will also create wood block prints based on these practices. If we cannot meet in person, we will do group drawing activities in our sketch books.
