This course is planned to be offered for students that want to have a first experience using programming languages.  This course will provide the fundamental principles to assure a solid background that will help to develop skills to do data analysis in Python, which is a high-level, general-purpose programming language. This course will give students the quantitative confidence needed to use programming languages for their future projects.


Learning Outcomes:
1. Learn basic Python data structure.
2. Learn basic Python syntax.
3. Write programs using functions and classes.
4. Develop basic programming skills.
