Pre-fellowship class that is only open to students who have been accepted to be a 2024 Endeavor Foundation Environmental Action Fellow.  The class is designed to prepare each student to have a very effective fellowship experience during the January term.  The class will support students as they sharpen skills and capacities for success in their future work, and ultimately to successfully advance environmental justice issues in their community, address complex societal challenges, and become effective change-makers in the world or their chosen field, after they graduate from Bennington.


Learning Outcomes:
Fully prepared for the January term fellowship experience. Students will learn how non- profit organizations operate on a daily basis, learn about civic engagement, sharpen research skills, sharpen writing skills and how to be an invaluable asset in a small organization.


Delivery Method: Fully in-person
