Individual training is available in jazz, modern and classical guitar technique and repertoire, song accompaniment (finger style), improvisation, and arranging and composing for the guitar. Course material is tailored to the interests and level of the individual student.
Learning Outcomes:
• Learning personal music making skills through daily practice.
• Learning to teach yourself how to write, play, and practice as a life long art.
• Expanding awareness of music repertoire played on guitar.

Prerequisites:
An audition is required or successful completion of Beginning Guitar. Auditions will be held November 29 between 3:30-5:00pm. Contact Hui Cox (hcox@bennington.edu) to schedule.
Corequisites: Attendance at Music Workshop (Tuesday, 6:30 – 8:00 pm).
