Future of Work: Alternative Organizations (APA2248.01)

David Zicarelli

This course introduces organizations conceived to support human flourishing through readings (primarily Frederic Laloux’s Reinventing Organizations), case studies, and research projects. We will explore how the purpose, structure, and power dynamics of organizations have changed over time and continue to evolve to meet new challenges.
