Future of Work: Individual Capacity (APA2281.02)

To enable the potential of new ways of organizing, we need to unlearn assumptions about the workplace and build individual capacity to create alternatives. This wide-ranging course will explore elements of complexity theory, mindset, critical discernment and decision-making, as well as the practice of interpersonal communication and managing personal change. Highly practice based, students will be challenged to examine their assumptions and potential.
